This policy is designed to cover losses suffered by third parties relying on the professional advice or actions of the insured resulting from his professional negligence. It is specifically designed to meet the requirements of professionals such as medical doctors, accountants, insurance brokers etc. it does not, however cover losses resulting from the actions of non-qualified professionals who work for, or with the insured.
